  10. Put Lock Box on property for agents
  11. Send out "Just Listed" postcards to potential buyers
  12. Tag keys at office
  13. Contact Mortgage Company for purchaser information

  47. Close transaction
  48. Deliver proceeds to seller

  50. Thank seller and ask for referral and letter of recommendation
